That's the ton

Well it has been almost 3 years to the day since I started this journey. There has been a lot of ups and downs (literally) in the journey. It has also involved two operations and a lot of blood, sweat and stress, although I will say the blood, sweat and stress reduces every month as does the weight. This is because that things are easier. Anyway I am there I have now lost over 100kgs. That is unbelievable to me. If I was to be 100% honest when I first started on this journey I was not positive that it would work for me. Furthermore the thought of actually losing over 100kgs seemed liked nothing more than a dream. I treated myself to a very lavish present for hitting my goal. The week I hit the goal I went and purchased a brand new motorcycle. This is the first time that I have really rewarded myself with something like that a real treat and I absolutely love it!!!! For the first time ever I now believe that the goal actually scrap that I now know that I am going to be 99.9 kgs one day. I am hoping to even hit that goal by Xmas but this may be a little too ambitious but time will tell. Well that was a fun post to draft. That will do for now. I will speak to you again in another 10kgs or so. Cheers.

And it begins again

Here goes my first post for the year.

It is has been ages since my last post. The reason for this is that I only post about every 10 kgs or so. When you put xmas in the middle of that then this means for me a delay between post. As per normal for the months of December and January I live like food is calorie free. I drink with mates and eat (whatever I want) with family. I love Christmas and everything about it including the food and drink.

The good thing about the Lapland is that it is the opposite to me. It doesn't give a stuff about Xmas and as such it doesn't stop working over Christmas. This meant for me that despite the lack of respect I gave my calorie intake I only put in 2 kgs over that 2 month period. I can live with that.

February came around and it has been time to kick back into gear. I have lost about 3 kgs this month so far which I am happy with.

I have gone past that 150kgs barrier which is a huge achievement for me. I have now re-adjusted my goals (which in my opinion is one of the most important keys to success) and the next goal for me is to roll the 100kgs. That is huge. I honestly don't think I would have believed you if you had told me that getting the Lapland will result in a 100 kg weightloss.

I am feeling so good now that I am under 150kgs. Obviously I am still a big bloke but I feel so much more confident. I have no issues with going to pubs etc anymore. It is just great I watched the biggest loser the other day and there were only 2 blokes (out of 8) that we're lighter than I was. That was such a great feeling. Once I roll this next 10kgs then I reckon I just might be lighter than all of then in the next series. I remember when I use to be heavier than all of them!

Well that will do for now. Next time I post I should have lost 100kgs!!
